Expert tips
- Before buying, check whether your Golf 7 has a DSG gearbox – the shift pattern P, R, N, D/S on your current cover shows it at a glance.
- Compare the part number with your vehicle or have it confirmed using your vehicle identification number (VIN).
- Treat the leather occasionally with a mild leather care product – it stays supple and does not turn shiny or cracked.
- Keep the original packaging with the label – it proves authenticity if you sell the car later.
